COPS have launched a homicide probe after a woman died at residence.
The 10-year-old baby was tragically discovered with injuries at an handle in Rowley Regis, West Midlands, on Monday.
Officers raced to Robin Close round 12.10pm where the teenager was pronounced lifeless at the scene.
Her explanation for demise is just not but recognized.
A 33-year-old lady has been arrested on suspicion of homicide.
West Midlands Police stated the suspect is understood to the woman.
A cordon has been put in place while an investigation is carried out, added the drive.
Detective Inspector Dan Jarratt stated: "A younger woman has tragically misplaced her life and our thoughts are together with her loved ones and all those impacted by this terrible passing.&

"We all know how surprising and distressing this shall be for the group and we'll continue to have a police presence and supply our help in the area over the approaching days.

"A suspect has been arrested and detectives are absolutely investigating the circumstances round this unhappy dying."
