A WALMART shopper has admitted she was stunned after a brand new self-checkout coverage was seemingly rolled out in her local store.

She claimed clients might solely scan a most of 15 gadgets at the self-service machines.

Buyers with extra gadgets in their carts and baskets have been required to use a cashier, Julia (@Juliaathomas59) stated in a submit on X, formerly Twitter.

She recalled her experience in-store and claimed that she was nonetheless required to point out her receipt to a greeter at the exit.

Julia did not reveal which Walmart she shopped at, but others stated they hoped the grocery store chain would introduce comparable measures.

Target and Schnucks are among the many retailers that have rolled out limits on the number of gadgets consumers can scan at the self-checkout.
