Celene, 26, often shares footage and videos of her house, and the renovation process, on her social media pages.
And, in a current video on TikTok, she broke down her monthly costs for dwelling there, alongside her associate and four-year-old daughter, kicking off with lease.
That is available in at £370 a month, but because the council think about it a three-bed house as they class the dining room as a bed room, she also has to pay "bed room tax" of £65 a month – making her lease complete £435 a month.
She then pays council tax, which is £108 a month, water, which is £40 a month, and fuel and electrical, which is round £140 a month.
The very last thing she pays for is her WiFi, which comes in at £28 a month.
"And that's a total of around £750 a month," Celene concluded.
"So what do you assume? Is it fairly affordable for the dimensions of the property?
"I feel it's very affordable myself."
And other people have been fast to agree, taking to the feedback section to reveal how her month-to-month costings examine with their own.
"I'm in a 2 mattress council home and my lease is £700 a month, no bed room tax," one wrote.

"My HA home is now £910 a month," another stated.
"What! Oh wow," Celene replied.
"Mine is because of go up in April, to £107 every week, but that's crazy!"
"I'm in a 2 mattress council house and mine is £800pm with no bedroom tax," a third sighed.
"That's really low cost in comparison with where I reside," someone else stated.
As one other wrote: "Lease being £370 a month is a dream, lol.
