John Cena has been branded Hollywood's most charitable celebrity after making history by granting over 650 wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The actor and wrestler, 47, has been working with the charity since 2002 and become their 'most requested celebrity' to meet for children between the ages of three and 18 using the charity to fulfil their dreams. The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a nonprofit organisation that helps fulfill the wishes of seriously ill children.
