On July 29, the country singer announced he'll perform a final concert on Friday, Dec. 12, at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Ky. "It's time to bring it all back home for the last show," John Michael, 60,wrote on Instagram. "I can't think of a better place than @rupp_arena! I hope you will join me and some very special guests!" John Michael's final show will be a family affair.
