There's another Winston on the way to Tallahassee. Three-star wide receiver Jonah Winston, brother of Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Jameis Winston,has committed to play football for Florida Statenext fall. Winston announced his decision moments afterFSU upset No. 8 Alabamaon Saturday, Aug. 30. The 5-foot-9 Winston is a senior at Hoover (Alabama) High School. In his first game of the season, Winston caught seven passes for 79 yards and a touchdown against IMG Academy. He choseFlorida Stateover Arkansas and Maryland, among other schools. He is the 23rd commitment in theSeminoles' 2026 class, and the sixth receiver to announce his intention to play for FSU.
