Christian Horner is threatening a Method 1 magazine with legal action after it revealed new allegations towards the Pink Bull boss and named his accuser.

Horner is underneath intense strain and scrutiny after a female employee of the Pink Bull workforce accused him of 'inappropriate behaviour'.

He was cleared after an investigation but the scandal has escalated after texts and images related to the probe were leaked to the media, including the Metro, and F1 personnel.

Horner, husband of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, has all the time denied the claims and defiantly stated he would stay in control of the reigning champions.

The matter is threatening to boil over even more this week after Jos Verstappen, father of three-time champion and Red Bull's star driver Max Verstappen, called for the 50-year-old to be sacked.

Moreover, BusinessF1 Magazine have revealed a 19-page investigation into the case, which can function a '­series of damaging new allegations' against Horner.

It is going to also go into detail concerning the energy wrestle at the prime of Purple Bull, but most importantly, it names the female employee whom Horner on the centre of the scandal.

The article initially went up on the location's website over the weekend only for it to scrash but it's anticipated to be re-published later this week.

It is believed the accuracy of the article is very disputable, and, in response to The Telegraph, Horner's legal professionals have now demanded the article's removing, saying it has induced critical hurt.

They have despatched two legal letters accusing the journal of publishing an 'unlawful' article that was defamatory but in addition preached privateness and knowledge safety rights.

A Purple Bull spokesman added: 'The piece is affected by inaccuracies and is topic to legal grievance.'

The scandal is about to continue as the F1 circus rolls into Saudi Arabia this week for the second grand prix of the season, however Horner is just not the only high-profile member of the game in scorching water.

FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem is now under investigation over allegations he attempted to interfere in the results of last year's race in Jeddah.
