Residents have mocked two motorists whose automobiles have been battered by waves after they acquired caught on a seashore at a well-liked UK holiday location.

Footage showed the mangled stays of a convertible Peugeot 206 and a Vauxhall Corsa, which have been utterly destroyed on Blackpool Beach, Lancashire.

The automobiles have been driven onto the seashore at South Shore, and then received marooned as the tide shortly rolled in.

The automobiles have been tossed round by robust breakers, which flipped one automotive on its roof and partially washed the other out to sea.

Council staff rescued the automobiles on February 29. Both suffered lacking wheels, smashed windscreens and heavy bodywork injury.
