The veteran broadcaster has been busy on social media, sharing a series of posts from the couple's travels to the Hotel Il Pellicano in Tuscany, along with their stops in Milan, Lake Como, Rome, Venice and Siena. A post from Siena shared on Monday, Aug. 25, showed Roker and Roberts, 64, returning to the city's famous tower, the Torre del Mangia, 16 years after they first visited the sight. Alongside a throwback photo and new shot of the pair standing in front of the tower, Roker wrote, "Siena, 2009 vs. 2025. Only that clock tower and @debrobertsabc haven't changed." "I look ancient," Roker, who turned 71 on Aug. 20, joked. Al Roker/Instagram The couple's vacation also included a trip on the La Dolce Vita Orient Express, where the duo sampled pasta, macarons and charcuterie on the luxury train and took in the sights in Rome and Venice before finishing in Siena. Roker shared a video of the trip onInstagramas he thanked his wife for his birthday celebrations and shared photos of the pair posing with some of the train's staff and chefs, tiramisu in a restaurant and drinking red wine. "We ended our #italianadventure on the @ladolcevitaorientexpress for two nights, originating in Rome, then stopping in Venice, with the requisite stop at @harrysbarrestaurant home of the original Bellini, then Siena and beside seeing The Duomo, sampling the food at @anticapizzicheriachigiana was amazing," Roker wrote.
