While on a work trip in Seoul, the beauty influencerposted a video directly respondingto a person who claimed Nogueira, 27, "forgot about" her husband,Cody Hawken. She began by calling the comment "odd," considering that she was traveling for business purposes. "Do you bring your husband to work with you?" she asked in the TikTok shared on June 24. "Like, I just don't understand. I'm in Korea for work. I'm in labs all day long, formulating makeup. Why does Cody have to be here?" Nogueira continued to remind viewers that Hawken has his own business to attend to. "I know you think I don't have a real job, but Cody has a real 9 to 5," the social media star fired off. "He gets two weeks vacation time every year. He can't just come with me to everything." She emphasized her frustration, noting that skeptical remarks about her marriage appear regularly on her videos, namely when she's traveling. People have gone as far as to call her a "horrible wife," as Nogueira recalled in her post. "Can you guys just f------ stop?" she added. "I'm not understanding mindset here. Cody's a grown ass man. I promise you he's fine without me." Earlier this year, Nogueira opened up to her TikTok followers about her personal life and relationship with Hawken in April, when she announced thathe entered rehab. Fans had noted his absence from content at the time as well. "My husband Cody is in rehab and I'm ready to talk about it," Nogueira said in aTikTok. Emma Raducanu dealt SW19 warm-up blow by 19-year-oldNew Foto - Emma Raducanu dealt SW19 warm-up blow by 19-year-old

Emma Raducanu's preparations for Wimbledon came to an abrupt end following her second-round defeat to Australian teenager Maya Joint at the Eastbourne Open. From the outset the pair were engaged in fierce baseline rallies, both hitting powerfully and each a match for the other in the exchanges which became a case of who blinked first. In the first set it was Joint, but after that momentum shifted in favour of the Australian who hit an impressive number of winners, sometimes crafting them out of nothing to knock out Raducanu 4-6, 6-1, 7-6 (7-4). Raducanu did not necessarily do too much wrong against a competitor who took her to three sets in the only other meeting between the pair in Rome earlier this year. On that occasion, Raducanu opted for a long bathroom break before racing into a 5-0 lead in the decider, but at Eastbourne she was left bent over on her seat in the break between games, in conversation with her box on the other side of the court. Joint, in only the second competitive match of her career on grass, the first being in the opening round, was adept at turning positions around, and scorelines. A fiery competitor with flaming hair and the unusual choice of sunglasses to go with the traditional visor, Joint was aggressive from the outset and never gave up and is undoubtedly a talent for the future with four wins already in the main draw over players ranked in the top 50 at just 19 years of age. She only faltered at 5-2 ahead in the deciding set, allowing Raducanu back into the game to force a tie break, with Joint sealing match point with an ace. Raducanu faces a battle to be 100 per cent fit for Wimbledon as she continues to manage an ongoing back problem. Raducanu said Wednesday's defeat Eastbourne was a 'blessing in disguise' as she could now rest before theChampionships that get under way on Monday. Having been hampered with a back issue since the start of the clay-court season in Strasbourg, the issue has continued throughout her grass-court campaign. "I'm going to rest tomorrow and just take it day by day," Raducanu said when asked about preparations for Wimbledon. "I still have a few days before Wimbledon. I'm looking forward to recovering, and hopefully it settles. "[I'll] get some practice in. I think it could be a blessing in disguise having some rest right now. I'm looking forward to heading back and then getting on the grass." During the quarter-final defeat to Zheng Qinwen at Queen's, Raducanu called a medic to the court and later said she required painkillers to complete the match. The problem was so acute she was forced to pull out of the Berlin Open, in which she had been awarded a wildcard. Raducanu is no stranger to the treatment table having undergone surgery on both wrists and an ankle since her US Open victory in 2021. In an attempt to be fit for Wimbledon, she has been undergoing a combination of dry needling, muscle stimulation, soft-tissue massages and taping."I've been managing it," she said. "I would say it bothers me, I wouldn't say it's like I can't move. Like a lot of athletes, we all carry something that we're managing and playing through but I'd just say it's okay I can play and I can still put out some pretty decent tennis."When asked if there was any chance of withdrawing from Wimbledon, Raducanu said: "I think I will step on the court regardless." What a bizarre game of tennis that was. You never felt Raducanu had her best stuff, even in the first set she won and soon after Joint made her pay for that with a set and a half of nearly faultless tennis. As soon as victory was near though she faltered, dropping three straight service games to let Raducanu back into the match before eventually finishing off the British No 1 in the tie-break. An odd but exciting match comes to a close, and with the right winner you have to say. Raducanu will now head north to London with plenty to ponder ahead of the start of Wimbledon. Here we go then, who has the nerve to get the job done here? Joint goes long with yet another forehand in this tie-break but Raducanu responds with an equally ugly forehand of her own. 4-4. Raducanu sets up the point perfectly but then misses a drop shot! Joint is two points from victory and gets lucky, very lucky. A net cord and then the back of line. She needs just one match point. Raducanu is out of Eastbourne! Raducanu takes the first point of the breaker, drawing a wild forehand from Joint which flies long. Joint responds well as big serve finds the line before Raducanu just misses as she attempts to take a secodn serve early. Joint leads 2-1 but Raducanu gets back to parity as Joint finds the middle of the net with a seemingly easy forehand before sending another wild forehand long. 3-3 at the change of ends. Raducanu needs to dig into the reserves one last time here. Joint has look jittery trying to close this match out and could be so again in a tie-break if Raducanu can get us there. She might well you know, Joint again looks tight and Raducanu makes the most of it. She's broken Joint three times in a row and we are going to a deciding tie-break. This contest has flown this. A couple of games previously it looked as though Emma Raducanu's Eastbourne journey was about to come to an end. But just as Maya Joint edged into a winning position, so came the pressure and her level dropped slightly allowing Raducanu a way back into the match. Joint gets to 0-30 thanks to some of the same punishing ground strokes that had been a feature of her game until the three most recent games. Can Raducanu respond? Seemingly not, a meek forehand finds the net and Joint has three break points. Raducanu saves the first with a wide first serve but Joint makes no mistake next time, jumping on a Raducanu drop shot. She will serve for the match for a third time. Well now Maya Joint. Can you serve this out? Raducanu takes the first point of the game as Joint nets backhand before taking the second as Joint puts a straightforward backhand volley wide. 0-30 and a massive chance for Raducanu. She then has Joint on the run again, forcing the Australian to go long before drawing another error. That's another break and third straight game for Raducanu and we are back on serve. If she does lose, Raducanu is going down with plenty of fight here. She gets to 30-0 with ease but Joint fights back to 30-30, again there's just more zip on her ground strokes than Raducanu's. That said, Raducanu holds after Joint goes long with a forehand. She is asking Maya Joint to serve this out now. Pressure very much on the Australian. Joint will now try and serve this match out. Raducanu's block return draws an error from Joint before the Australian nets, leaving the door ajar at 0-30. And break points then follow for Raducanu, two of them, can she take either to keep her hopes alive? YES SHE CAN. There's still work to do but good fight from the British No 1 there. Too good from Joint. Raducanu is a little flat but Joint has made her pay a heavy price for being off the pace. Better from Raducanu though as couple of big serves get her out of trouble at 0-30 before a deft volley at the net gives her game points. Joint extinguishes the hope of an easy hold easily though fighting back to deuce as her seemingly endless conveyor belt of heavy ground stokes rolls on. Double fault from Raducanu at deuce and Joint has the chance to get to 5-2 in this deciding set...WHICH SHE TAKES! Joint will now serve for the match. You wonder if something is affecting Raducanu here. She's looked somewhat slumped in her chair at the changeover and appeared to be doubled over as if something was affecting her stomach. That said, Raducanu fights hard against the Joint serve to earn a couple of break points. The first is ruthlessly saved by the Australian and so is the second. Not much Raducanu could have done with either of those points. Joint then goes long, however, and Raducanu has another chance to break back. Joint shuts the door again, hammering a forehand winner cross-court. Two points later, Joint finds another winner, a backhand down the line this time, and she holds. Another must-hold for Raducanu. She finds a couple of good first serves before Joint nets a mid-court to get to 40-15. More errors follow though and Joint is back to deuce. She looks the stronger player here unfortunately for British fans. Raducanu really does feel like she's hanging on for grim death. She holds, fair play, but the British No 1 needs more here. Delightful from Joint, who plays a neat drop shot before putting away Raducanu's repost at the net. A wild return from Raducanu follow and so do three game points for Joint. Raducanu needs to find a way to put some pressure on this Joint serve. I hate to be hyperbole but Radcaunu MUST win this game or you fear this match will be done quickly. Good serves to the deuce court give the Briton easy put-aways at the net. She earns a couple fo games pints but then drops a forehand too shirt and Joint makes no mistake with a punishing forehand winner. Joint then nets; Raducanu holds; the crowd roar. Could this be a turning point? Joint zips to 30-0 on her serve. Raducanu has not had a sniff at a break since the first set. Three game points for Joint. The first and second are saved by Raducanu but the Briton then nets a forehand and Joint consolidates that early break of serve. It's vital Raducanu gets this set off on the right foot. She's looking a little flat now. Joint's movement at the back of the court is giving Raducanu no easy points at all and the Briton will be happy to see a slice drop long to get back to 30-30 on serve. Then a double fault from Raducanu and Joint has a break point...WHICH SHE TAKES! An early break from the Australian and she has all the momentum in this match at present. Maya Joint is playing like a women possessed here. She showed signs of this in the first set, where errors where her undoing. Nothing of the sort in the second. A love hold caps a dominant performance and she's levelled the match up at a set all. Raducanu just needs to keep holding serve here and give herself the chance of making some in roads on the Joint serve. The Briton has the chance to give herself game points but makes a hash of the volley at the net. She makes up for it next time through a superb dry volley. Deuce on the Raducanu serve again. She does all the hard work and forces Joint to go short but then nets an easy forehand and Joint has a break point on the Raducanu serve. She takes it and now has a double break in the second set. Joint's service game progresses decidedly differently. Three quick points and she has three games points. She takes the second. Easy hold. Maya Joint is fiery. With glinting sunglasses and flaming red hair, and she is capable of causing Raducanu all sorts of problems. You can hear the effort Raducanu is putting into some of these shots, and almost every one is being returned - other than Joint's three slips and counting. Big service game for Raducnau this. After saying that she looked to getting on top from the back of the court her level has dropped markedly, whiel Joint has eradicated some of those costly errors that blighted her in the first set. A meek backhand finds the net from Raducanu and Joint gets to 30-15 but then nets herself, letting Raducnau off the hook somewhat. She has a game point but again another error gets Joint back in the game at deuce. Then...brilliance from Joint. She slips amid desperate defence before recovering, grinding her way back into the point and forcing Raducanu into an error at the net. Break point is then saved by Raducanu but Joint soon draws another as Raducanu can only flap helplessly at a excellent backhand cross-court from the Australian. Raducanu saves the break point again and back to deuce we go. Superb hitting from both at the back of the court but this time it's Raducanu who comes out on top as Joint desperate lunge sends the ball long. Game point saved and it's deuce again but another Joint slip gifts Raducanu a chance to end this game. Queue a stunning Joint winner...queue a stunning Raducanu winner. This game has had everything. Raducanu finally holds after a Joint drop shot goes wrong. Joint takes a tumbling fall after tracking down a Raducanu volley, leaving the court vacant for Raducanu to make no mistake from the net next time. At 30-15, Joint comes in behind a slice backhand but there's not enough on that and it's easy for Raducanu to pass down the line. Joint responds though, two points on the spin and she is now fully in control of this second set. Raducanu just starts to be finding a bit more from the baseline and that could spell trouble for Joint should the Briton's serve continue to fire like it has been. Blogger's curse strikes as Raducanu nets a mid-court forehand but I stand by my assessment...I think. Joint then finds a delightful backhand winner down the line to get to 15-30 but Raducanu goes big on the second serve, leaving the Australian with no chance with one that kicks high and wide. Raducanu fights to get to 40-30 but then goes long with a forehand and we go to deuce in this important game at the start of the second set. A good return from Joint and she now has a break point. Error from Raducanu and Joint breaks. Joint gets the second set underway. As we've mentioned, she has looked very good from the back of the court at times but her error count is unsustainable against a player of Raducanu's quality. At the start of this set though it's the Briton's turn to rack up the errors, three in a row in fact, to give Joint a couple of game points. She takes the second. Raducanu punishes a poor drop shot from Joint before going to the body with a neat first serve. Strangely, that's been the best part of her game so far. Joint has looked a touch more potent from the back of the court – if a little inconsistent. And there's another error from Joint, this time on the forehand side and Raducnau has two set points. She needs just one and Raducanu takes the first set! Well played@EmmaRaducanu🔥She takes the opener 6-4 over Joint!@WTA|#LexusEastbourneOpenpic.twitter.com/mPb18t6Vaa — LTA (@the_LTA)June 25, 2025 Emma Raducanu is being made to fight for every point here against the Australian teenager. The wind, which was swirling in much cooler conditions yesterday had calmed slightly with on-court feeling a lot warmer and livelier. What Raducanu will want to watch out for is not trying to end these extensive baseline rallies too soon. But in terms of power, she is being matched. Raducanu again lets out a big 'come on' after Joint finds the middle of the net with a backhand. Joint then plays a poor drop shot at 15-30 but Raducnau lets her off the hook with a weak backhand, enabling the Australian to save a tricky situation. Raducnau then goes long with a forehand after an excellent Joint backhand forces her deep behind the baseline but gets back to deuce after sharp work at the net. The Briton then draws a break point, leaping on a short second serve with a stinging backhand but that chance is soon wiped out by Joint. Double fault from Joint. Another break point for Raducanu...which she takes after Joint puts an easy forehand long! The Briton will serve for the first set. Raducanu must be ruthless now. She has the chance to put away an easy mid-court forehand at 15-15 but fails to do enough with it, giving Joint an easy pass. Raducanu then lets out a cry of delight after getting back to 30-30 but her cheer is short-lived. Joint feels off two of her best points of the match, including a superb dry volley winner, to break at get back on serve in this first set. Better from Raducanu here. She's jumps quickly on some poor serving from Joint and suddenly has two break points. Joint saves the first as Raducanu finds the middle of the net with a backhand but Raducnau makes no mistake next time. A heavy slice forces Joint deep into her forehand corner. She nets that forehand and Raducnau takes control of this first set. You feel like this is a vital game in the course of this first set and Raducanu starts it well, earning two quick points again behind some good serving. Joint has looked good in this match so far but her error count is creeping up already and Raducanu has three game points after the Australian goes long with a pretty easy backhand. Joint gets back to 40-30 after drawing a mis-hit from Raducanu but the Briton does then hold. Raducanu is baffled after a desperate Joint forehand drops in somehow. A quizzical look at the umpire follows but even I could see the chalk rise through a screen. A love hold for Joint. Excellent hitting from both players but it's Joint who comes out on top, forcing Raducanu into a defensive backhand lob before putting away the winner with ease. Three straight points for Raducanu follow though behind some excellent first serves. A good hold hold. Raducanu comes out punching on the Joint serve. After a double fault, the Briton forces Joint to go long with a forehand slice before another loose ground stroke from the Australian gifts Raducanu a couple of chances to break right back. Joint saves the first, leaping on a short return with a punishing forehand winner, before Raducanu goes long with a backhand, taking us back to deuce. Another break point for Raducanu after she's rewarded for good movement at the back of the court as joint goes long with a forehand. This time she makes no mistake – an excellent break back by the Briton. Raducanu's first service game begins with a good first serve which Joint puts long. It's the case for all tennis players, but Raducanu really is a different animal when she's in good rhythm with that first serve. A couple of unforced errors give Joint a chance at 15-30 but Raducanu puts enough of a forehand to put the Australian on the back foot and get the game back to parity. A net cord on a drop shot gives Joint a stroke of fortune and she now has a break point on Raducanu's serve...which she takes! Tremendous stuff from the Australian and she has an early break in this match. Tennis is usually a quiet sport, at least while the points are taking place and especially when the server is waiting to start, but Maya Joint was made to pause for a moment in the opening game by a particularly vocal seagull flying overhead to chuckles from the crowd. Raducanu started slowly yesterday against Ann Li, losing the first three games of match before dropping the first set on a tie-break. She will need to more on it from the off today against a player who took down Ons Jabeur on Monday. Joint has a chance to get to 40-15 but nets an easy volley, giving Raducanu a sniff of a break in this opening game. An excellent forehand winner gives Joint game point but Raducanu responds with a succession of big back-hands, which force an error from Joint and take the game to deuce. Joint then goes long, again falling foul of some powerful Raducanu backhands, giving a Raducanu an break point. Joint reels off two quick points but Raducanu fights back, getting the better of a long exchange from the back of the court. Joint does finally hold. She will receive first here in Eastbourne. Will be worth keeping an eye on Raducanu's back during this match. It was that which kept her out of action in Berlin last week. Raducanu's opponent today was born in Michigan but in early 2023 opted to start representing her father's country of Australia. Joint, 19, earned a place at the University of Texas to play college tennis but in December last year instead opted to go pro and has since steadily climbed the rankings to now sit at No 52 in the world. ...Krejčíková. That's gutting for Burrage, who had three chances at 5-6 on the Krejčíková to win that match. Fair play to the defending Wimbledon champion but the door was open for Burrage there. She just could not walk through. Next up...Emma Raducanu vs Maya Joint. ...we're locked at 3-3 in this tie-break. Burrage and Krejčíková simply cannot be separated here. This is going right down to the wire. Burrage had no less than three match points in that last game before Krejčíková reeled off five straight points for a remarkable hold. The Briton will need to bounce back from that disappointment in this tie-break. Burrage has held again against Krejčíková. She now leads 6-5 in the third set, with the Czech player now serving to stay in the match. If she does, we'll be going to a deciding tie-break. Raducanu's fitness coach Yutaka Nakamura has not been in her box since the start of the clay-court season, for personal reasons – a position that in Eastbourne is occupied by Mark Petchey and fellow proFrancesca Jones. "It's nice whenever the schedule works," Raducanu said when asked about the presence of Jones in her player's corner. "We like to be there for each other and today, obviously she's a close friend of mine, so she knew what was going on behind the scenes and to have her support there on a day like today means so much to me. all the emotions at the end 🫶Grit and determination from Raducanu to get through a 3 set battle with Li!#LexusEastbourneOpenpic.twitter.com/JC66PkV886 — wta (@WTA)June 24, 2025 Raducanu is second on centre court this afternoon after the conclusion of the Jodie Burrage's match with second seed and defending Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejčíková. That match is currently on serve at 4-4 in the final set. Emma Raducanu returns to action in Eastbourne this afternoon, less than 24 hours after winning a first-round clash against American Ann Li. The British No 1 broke down in tears after securing the 6-7(5), 6-3, 6-1 victory, citing having received "some pretty bad news". "I would like to keep it personal but it was difficult and very emotional at the end," Raducanu added. "It was probably just a release of different emotions." Today, she faces Australian teenager Maya Joint, who on Monday defeated two-time Wimbledon finalist Ons Jabeur in what was her biggest grass-court win to date. Conditions are set to be a little kinder on the south coast this afternoon, after all players yesterday were forced to combat blustery conditions that made serving difficult. With temperatures set for the low 20s today and wind speeds not an issue, it will be a better day to get a reading on where Raducanu stands just six days before Wimbledon gets underway. Her grass-court season has been truncated thus far by a back problem that first presented itself at Queen's and forced her then to pull out of last week's Berlin Open. "I feel like I'm just doing the right things every day," Raducanu said when quizzed about how she's feeling ahead of a return to SW19 next week. " I know there's a lot of things I want to do better, but I think I have to be proud of myself and aim for consistency over perfection. "That's my new thing and trying to – I have high standards of myself but trying not to bring myself down if I don't reach them." Broaden your horizons with award-winning British journalism. Even for legendaryDodgersannouncer Jaime Jarrín, who's called Southern California home for seven decades, this moment in history feels unprecedented. 'Love Island USA' Has a Message for Fans as Casa Amor Heats up and New Villains EmergeNew Foto - 'Love Island USA' Has a Message for Fans as Casa Amor Heats up and New Villains Emerge

Love Island USAis heating up, both inside and outside villa. As couples are formed and destroyed, it seems that fans have gotten a bit...overzealous in their criticism of the islanders. At least, that's whatLove Island USA's message for fans asking for kindness suggests. "We appreciate the fans, the passion for the series, and the amazing group of Islanders who are sharing their summer with us," reads a statement that appeared on-screen during Monday's episode. "Please just remember they're real people—so let's be kind and spread the love!" The message was also posted to the show'sofficial Instagram page. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Love Island USA (@loveislandusa) This plea for fans comes a week afterHuda Mustafa's ex, Noah Sheline, with whom she shares a young daughter, posted on social media asking fans the very same thing. "At the end of the day I hope everyone remembers we're human,"Noah reportedly wroteon his Instagram story. "Her going on that show to find love, or whatever you think it was she's doing, remember she's still human, she has a daughter, and a life." He went on to say that angry fans were combing through his Instagram to "post rude things and comment worse." Noah added that he was worried about how these mean comments might affect Huda's mental health when she inevitably exits the villa. "What you guys do will affect her mental health and my daughter's maybe in the future," he wrote in part. "I don't want my daughter's mom to get out and see this and her mental health goes down a hill." Unfortunately, it looks like fans have decided to redirect their anger at theLove Island USApage directly. Many commented on the show's plea for kindness calling out Huda's treatment of Jeremiah. "Y'all can't let a girl run around and verbally abuse all the Islanders and then preach being kind,"wrote one fan. Others went forAce—another villain of the season—and called out his treatment of Amaya. Many more also made the point thatLove Island USAproducers are the ones who craft the storylines and do the edit. At the end of the day, if there are villains in the villa, it's certainly not because of the fans, but maybe we can still be a little nicer. California found in violation of Title IX for males in female sports, spacesNew Foto - California found in violation of Title IX for males in female sports, spaces

(The Center Square) – The U.S. Department of Education said Wednesday that both the California Department of Education and the California Interscholastic Federation are in violation of Title IX for allowing males into female spaces and sports. "Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 requires schools to ensure equal opportunities for girls, including in athletic activities, but California has actively prevented this equality of opportunity by allowing males in girls' sports and intimate spaces," a U.S. Department of Educationnews releasesaid. Neither the California Department of Education (CDE) nor the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) responded to The Center Square's request for comment. The U.S. Department of Education's findings follow investigations into both CDE and CIF, according to the department's release. "As a result of the noncompliance finding, [the Office of Civil Rights] has issued a proposed Resolution Agreement to CDE and CIF to resolve their Title IX violations," the release said. The Resolution Agreement requires a number of actions, including that "the CDE will issue a Notice to all recipients of federal funding (Recipients) that operate interscholastic athletic programs in California requiring them to comply with Title IX." Such federal funding recipients "must adopt biology-based definitions of the words 'male' and 'female,'" the release said. Additionally, the resolution states that, "the CDE and CIF will rescind any guidance that advised local school districts or CIF members to permit male athletes to participate in women's and girls' sports to reflect that Title IX preempts state law when state law conflicts with Title IX." "Individual records, titles, and awards misappropriated by male athletes competing in female competitions" must be restored to the female athletes who are the rightful winners. CDE must also send an apology letter to each of these girls whose recognition is restored, the release said. If CDE and CIF do not change their unlawful practices in regards to Title IX as outlined in the Resolution within 10 days, they will both "risk imminent enforcement action, including referral to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for proceedings," the release said. U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon said in the release: "Although Governor Gavin Newsom admitted months ago it was 'deeply unfair' to allow men to compete in women's sports, both the California Department of Education and the California Interscholastic Federation continued as recently as a few weeks ago to allow men to steal female athletes' well-deserved accolades and to subject them to the indignity of unfair and unsafe competitions." "The Trump Administration will relentlessly enforce Title IX protections for women and girls, and our findings today make clear that California has failed to adhere to its obligations under federal law," McMahon said. "The state must swiftly come into compliance with Title IX or face the consequences that follow," McMahon said. The Department of Education has not yet responded to The Center Square's request for comment. The finding of this Title IX violation also falls into line with the department announcement that June is "Title IX Month," asreportedby The Center Square.

NBA draft rumors: Latest on Celtics, Paul George and other potential tradesNew Foto - NBA draft rumors: Latest on Celtics, Paul George and other potential trades

The2025 NBA Draftis here and the action surrounding the first big event of the league's offseason is well underway. A flurry of moves have been orchestrated over the past 10 days, and it suggests more deals are on the way when the first round of the NBA draft begins Wednesday night, June 25, at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Prominent players likeKevin Durant,Jrue Holiday,Kristaps Porzingis,Desmond Bane,CJ McCollum,Jalen Greenand Jordan Poole are already involved in pending or completed trades. There's also been lots of movement within the draft order as part of those transactions, with teams having to navigate the new constraints and aprons involved in the league's collective bargaining agreement. It sets the stage for an exciting couple days in the NBA ahead of the start to free agency, with teams jockeying for position to make the right draft pickor potentially trading picks to facilitate a deal for a major contributor. What teams or players might be included in the next big move? What's the latest update on the draft? Here's a look at some of the notable NBA rumors and reports ahead of the start ofthe 2025 NBA Draft: IN DEPTH:Khaman Maluach could be Africa's next NBA star. First, he must navigate Trump's visa ban TheOklahoma City Thunderare multi-tasking right now. They're in the midst of celebrating their first NBA championship, with the joyous victory parade through the Oklahoma City streets taking place one day and the 2025 NBA draft beginning the next. But the Thunder front office has reportedly been busy trying to maneuver up in this year's draft with two 2025 first-round picks at their disposal Wednesday night, according to multiple reports. ESPN's Jonathan Givony said Tuesday that the Thunder could be attempting to move into the top-10 by dangling the No. 15 and No. 24 picks in a deal. Jonathan Givony from@DraftExpresssays he keeps hearing 'rumblings' that the Thunder are trying to move up as high as #9 in the NBA Draft 👀"They have 15, 24, 44. They could package all 3 of those picks, look to move up 4 or 5 slots, maybe 6 to Toronto."pic.twitter.com/YRv1mIfVDn — Cooper Jones (@CooperJNBA)June 24, 2025 TheChicago Bullsare apparently having contract extension remorse. Patrick Williams is the player atop the Bulls' list of players to trade heading into Wednesday's NBA draft, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. The team signed Williams to a five-year, $90-million contract extension last summer. Williams was the No. 4 overall pick by the Bulls in the 2020 NBA draft. The 6-7 forward has career averages of 9.6 points and 4.1 rebounds per game over five seasons and shot a career-worst 39.5% from the field during the 2024-25 campaign. The unorthodox pre-draft approach taken by Rutgers one-and-done star Ace Bailey and his representation has raised eyebrows leading into Wednesday night's first round. He has turned down all individual workout opportunities with NBA teams and has not visited an NBA facility yet. It appears now, with the draft hours away, he's willing to give up money in order to go to teams he believes are a better fit down the draft order. ESPN reported Wednesday in its latest mock draftthat Bailey declined workout invites from thePhiladelphia 76ers,Charlotte HornetsandUtah Jazzand seems to prefer "the group of teams ranked outside the top five, specifically Washington, New Orleans and Brooklyn at Nos. 6-8." Golden State Warriors wing Jonathan Kuminga is a restricted free agent this year and negotiations will be delicate after Warriors coach Steve Kerr benched Kuminga for a time during the playoffs this past season. It's unclear, given the new CBA, whether Golden State will be able to afford to keep Kuminga. TheMiami Heathave legitimate interest in Kuminga after missing out on Kevin Durant, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic. He also cites theBrooklyn Netsas a potential landing spot for Kuminga. Golden State could still be involved as part of a sign-and-trade. The New York Knicks could be looking to move Mikal Bridges after making a major deal to acquire him just last offseason.Frank Isola of SiriusXM NBA radio tweeted Wednesdaythat Bridges has surfaced in recent trade discussions, in part because he's now eligible to sign an extension. He also mentioned center Mitchell Robinson as another trade possibility. New York is also still looking for a new head coach after firing Tom Thibodeau following its run to the Eastern Conference Finals. After dealing Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis in recent days for salary cap purposes, theBoston Celticsmight not be done restructuring their roster.ESPN's Shams Charania reported Tuesday nightthat the Celtics continue to receive trade calls from other teams concerning Jaylen Brown and Derrick White. The Celtics, according to Charania, have "high price thresholds" for both players and that their preference is to keep both players. But he didn't rule out another deal occurring. Paul George could be a candidate to be traded this offseason,Sport Illustrated NBA expert Chris Mannix said on "The Bill Simmons Podcast" on Tuesday. Mannix stated that he's hearing the Philadelphia 76ers are looking to move back from the No. 3 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft and may attach George to facilitate the deal. George signed a 4-year, $212-million max contract with the Sixers last offseason, but played just 41 games last season due to injury. The Sacramento Kings are expected to explore trades involving stars DeMar DeRozan and Domantas Sabonis, according to a report from the Sacramento Bee. The Kings reacquired DeRozan at the NBA trade deadline this past season and there has been previously reported interest from the Miami Heat. Sabonis has three years and more than $140 million remaining on his contract. He indicated after this past season that he would like to remain with the Kings but wants to play for a contender. Bombshell JFK Book Reveals 'Wild' Romance with Flight Attendant Joan Lundberg — Including Her Pregnancy and What Jackie Knew (Exclusive)New Foto - Bombshell JFK Book Reveals 'Wild' Romance with Flight Attendant Joan Lundberg — Including Her Pregnancy and What Jackie Knew (Exclusive)

Zachary Hitchcock Collection A bombshell new book,JFK: Public, Private, Secretby J. Randy Taraborrelli, comes out July 15 and PEOPLE has an exclusive first excerpt It reveals that JFK had an affair with a flight attendant named Joan Lundberg, resulting in her pregnancy Below, read what happened — and how Jackie reacted to her husband's affairs Joan Lundberg was "one of a kind," says her son Zachary Hitchcock. "She was unconventional and independent — a voluptuous beauty with a great smile." According to a bombshell new biography,JFK: Public, Private, Secretby J. Randy Taraborrelli, the young flight attendant met JFK in 1956 when he was a senator from Massachusetts — and married. It's a little-known chapter in the life of the 35th president and might have remained that way were it not for Lundberg's family, who shared her unpublished memoir and personal diaries with Taraborrelli. For more on JFK and Joan, pick up the latest issue of PEOPLE, on newsstands Friday, or subscribehere. The author tells her story in detail for the first time in his new book, a follow-up to his 2023 biography,Jackie: Public, Private Secret.Says Taraborrelli, "With this book, I wanted not to defend JFK but I wanted to explain him." "Joan was a big revelation for me," the author adds. "She acted as his therapist in many ways. Because she was outside of his Washington circle, he opened up to her — and began to reckon with his flaws." By weaving Lundberg's story and portions of her manuscript into his new book, he says, "You're left with a portrait of a very interesting woman." Learn more below, in an excerpt fromJFK: Public, Private, Secretshared exclusively with PEOPLE. St. Martin's Press On August 19, 1956, the senator from Massachusetts met Joan Lundberg, 23, standing in front of the jukebox at The Sip and Surf, a dive bar in Santa Monica, Calif. "What are you gonna play?" he asked her. "I was thinking Elvis Presley, but what would you like to hear?" she asked. He said he wanted to hear something "so I can concentrate on you." Corny, but not bad. Joan, a single mom of two, was then living with a man named Norm Bishop and working as a flight attendant for Frontier Airlines (and as a cocktail waitress on the side). When Jack asked where she lived, she told him it was in a "trailer court close by," not hesitating. "What the hell's a trailer court?" he asked. She laughed and answered, "You don't want to know." After about 15 minutes Jack, then 39, said goodbye and returned to his friends. Half an hour later, bar owner Pat Dorian called her to the phone. She picked it up. "How ah ya?" came back the voice with its broad Bostonian accent. It was Jack. He was leaving town tomorrow for Italy but would return in two weeks. On Aug. 24 Jack found out Jackie, then 27, had given birth to their stillborn daughter Arabella. Four days later he returned to Hammersmith Farm, her family's estate in Newport, R.I., where she was recuperating — and fed up. Robert Knudsen. White House Photographs. John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, Boston She'd always felt something was missing in his nature, and now she knew what it was: empathy. When Jackie wept at the breakfast table and said, "How could I have been so stupid?" her mother, Janet, reached out and took her hand. "You're not stupid," she told her. "You just put your trust in the wrong person." In early September, Jack returned to L.A. and invited Joan to a dinner party at the home of his sister Pat and her husband, actor Peter Lawford. Joan later remembered feeling insecure and out of her element, though she certainly looked stylish in an outfit from Jax in Beverly Hills, a boutique favored by Marilyn Monroe. She would later write: "He lit up the room. People came over just to be near him, his energy magnetic. I thought, well of course, that's the politician in him. But I soon realized that, no, that's just who he is." At about midnight, Jack drove Joan up Pacific Coast Highway to a nondescript 1930s motor court called the Sunset Motel. They checked in as "Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thompson." The sex that night was "wild," claimed Joan. The next morning over breakfast, he unburdened himself. His fears, his insecurities. It was as if she was so removed from his circle, he could share anything. According to what Joan later recalled, Jack admitted that he and Jackie were the product of "an arranged marriage" and, as such marriages go, he said it was "fine. Not great, but okay." Jack said his family had turned against him for not being there for Jackie after Arabella's stillbirth. He admitted that "We Kennedys aren't the best at expressing emotion." Joan told him, "I'll bet that's the great excuse of your life." Joan asked him if he'd grown to love his wife. He hesitated. "I don't know that I love anything," was his answer. That can't be true, she said. After a moment, he added, "I love politics. I don't know how to love anything else." Jack Kennedy had no sooner walked into the foyer of Hammersmith Farm upon his return to Newport when Jackie hit him with a question: "Who's Trailer Park Joan?" As he collected his thoughts, she clarified things: "The divorcée! Your sister told me all about her!" He explained that Joan was someone he'd met in Los Angeles. Joan is vague in her unpublished memoir about how much Jack told Jackie, only that he told her pretty much everything. Within weeks his father, Joe Kennedy, got a call from a top New York attorney who'd been retained to represent Jackie in a divorce. Joe met Jackie for lunch in New York to talk about it. Joe told Jackie that if she agreed to stay in the marriage he could give her the freedom to do whatever she liked. He would offer her $100,000 upon the birth of her and Jack's first child. Jackie accepted the offer but had to find a way to cope with her husband's infidelity. The PEOPLE Appis now available in the Apple App Store! Many years later, Jackie told architect John Carl Warnecke, "He didn't have to lie to me about this Joan woman. I was already lying to myself." Warnecke recalled, "She told me things changed for her when Jack became involved with Joan but that it wasn't a subject she wanted to get into. It was very painful, that much I knew." By 1957 JFK was being talked about as a presidential contender. In private he continued his affair with Joan, flying her to meet him on different airlines and covering her expenses. "She told me, 'I never worry about trouble when I'm with Jack because I pass for his sister, Pat, all the time,' " said Joan's sister, Linda Lydon. Joan later recalled that she and Jack got along well, "aside from normal lovers' tiffs between two high-spirited people." They often discussed his political career, with him starting off sentences with, "When I'm president . . ." One night in May [1957] Jack and Joan were sharing a cigarette in bed when he suddenly asked her, "Tell me the truth, Joan. Do you think Jackie is screwing other guys?" He explained that Jackie was "so great," he couldn't imagine her not having someone else in her life. At the beginning of the year, he said, they'd started having sex now and again, but "there's too much left unspoken between us." Recently after having sex, she'd asked him, "What you do with me in bed, is that what she likes?" obviously meaning Joan. He could see the "damage in her eyes," he said, "and it killed me." Zachary Hitchcock Collection After Jackie gave birth to Caroline on Nov. 27, Joan noticed a change. She later wrote: "I think I was now very much in love, and I was so mad at myself because I knew better. I knew better!" While Jack and Joan would again share their bed in Minneapolis on April 25 and 26, 1958, things were definitely different. On June 25, according to her calendar, Joan called Jack. She was pregnant. Joan would recall that her news about the baby was "like a knife to Jack's heart." While it was a shock, Joan wrote that they shouldn't have been so surprised: "I didn't like wearing a diaphragm, and Jack wouldn't wear a rubber," she wrote. Jack couldn't help but wonder if Joan had purposely planned the pregnancy given that she'd seen his devotion to Jackie after Caroline's birth. He also wondered if he was really the father, and Joan assured him he was. When he asked her how she felt about the pregnancy, she said she loved the two children she was raising on her own and knew she'd also love any child she and Jack brought into the world. He didn't know how to respond. "I have no words," he said. "Find some," she told him. He took both her hands in his own. "I'm so very sorry, Joan," he told her. "I am, too," she said. Later that summer they had a tense phone call. Sounding edgy and not like himself, he told her he'd decided she couldn't have the baby. Joan tried to argue, but she didn't know how. Jack said that he'd mail her $400. He told her, "You'll know what to do, Joan. Please," he said, his tone desperate. "Being a politician is who I am," he told her. "Politics is all I know. If you take that away . . ." His voice trailed off. Before she could respond, he disconnected the line. A week later she got an envelope with no return address. It was empty. She told him the money had been stolen. He became positively unhinged. Joan later wrote: "My God! You had never heard anybody use expletives so much in the whole history of Washington." Jack was very clear; he didn't want Joan to have the baby. He wired more money that same day, and she took care of things a day after that. She was angry and disappointed, but also realistic. "From what she later told me, Mom realized the party was over," said Zachary Hitchcock in 2024. "She couldn't be on the sidelines. The presidency, Jackie, the abortion, there was no way mother could be marginalized in that way. She had way too much pride." It ended not in person but on the phone. When Jack called Joan to check on her, she told him, "I'm going to need to put some distance between us." He understood. "I owe you so much," he told her. "One thing I want to say to you, Kennedy," she told him. "You love Caroline, and I know that, but I'm somebody's daughter, too. Remember that the next time you treat a woman the way you've treated me." On Nov. 8, 1960, he became the 35th president. His relationship with Joan never came to light. But Jackie did install a spy, a woman she recommended for a job in the office of JFK's personal secretary Evelyn Lincoln, to keep her posted of suspicious calls. From all available evidence, Jackie never found out about the abortion, either. Many years later, she told a family member, "I was doing my best with the cards I'd been dealt. I loved Jack. I know he loved me. I had to ignore the rest of it. My marriage was like a deep black hole and I knew if I looked down, I'd fall in." Kennedy had a telling conversation with his friend Florida senator George Smathers in early 1962. "Do you worry Jackie will find out about the other women?" George asked. Jack became instantly frustrated. "There are no other women. I've never told any other woman I love her. There is only Jackie. Besides," he said, "we could all be blown up in an atomic war tomorrow. That's what worries me. Not this bullshit." After their son Patrick died on Aug. 9, 1963, two days after being born prematurely, Jackie decided to travel with her husband to Dallas that November. A couple of months earlier, at the celebration of their tenth wedding anniversary, Jackie and Jack gave each other gifts. She presented him with a new St. Christopher's medal because he'd placed his own in Patrick's coffin. In turn, he gave her a gold-and-emerald ring, which represented the fighting spirit of the Irish he'd seen in their son's fight for survival. He slipped it onto Jackie's finger next to her wedding band and asked her to marry him. There'd never been a real proposal, except for a few words in an airport when she returned from her trip to England in 1953. Jack was a different man. They planned a private ceremony to renew their vows for September 1964 at Hammersmith, marking their 11th wedding anniversary. Jackie planned to wear a pale blue or yellow dress. But it never came to pass. Joan [who had married Freemont Hitchcock in 1963] was devastated by the assassination. She wrote: When the truth struck home, I closed my bedroom curtains and shades, and I cried, screamed, and cursed alone for hours. Excerpted fromJFK: Public, Private, Secret, copyright © 2025 by J.
