The NFL regular season starts on Thursday, Sept. 4, with the Dallas Cowboys taking on the reigning Super Bowl champs, the Philadelphia Eagles, a game broadcast nationally on NBC. On Friday night, Sept. 5, YouTube will stream for freethe Week 1 game between the Los Angeles Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs from São Paulo, Brazil. But NFL Sunday Ticket will come in handy two days later, on Sunday, Sept. 7, when eight NFL games in the 1 p.m. ET and 4 p.m. ET broadcast windows will air on CBS and Fox. That's in addition to the price of a YouTube TV account, which for new users is a discounted $49.99 per month for the first three months (a savings of $99), then $82.99 monthly thereafter (this is the offer that expires Aug. 31). Returning customers with YouTube TV pay $378 or $47.25 monthly. Most viewers will have the option to pay for NFL Sunday Ticket in up to 12 monthly payments. However, viewers in Colorado, Maine, Utah, and Wisconsin will see the option to purchase in only up to four monthly payments. NFL Sunday Ticket without YouTube TV:You do not need YouTube TV to watch NFL Sunday Ticket – although there are some advantages – and can purchase a season pass throughYouTube Primetime Channels. New NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers pay $276 or eight payments of $34.50. To add the NFL RedZone channel, the total is $318 (or eight payments of $39.75 monthly). Returning NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers (who do not have YouTube TV) pay $480 or eight payments of $60 (when you add NFL RedZone, it's $522 or eight payments of $65.25 monthly). Month-by-month subscription:Don't want to commit to a full season of NFL Sunday Ticket? Coming in September, new subscribers will be able to pay $85 per month fora month-to-month plan, which you can cancel at any time. (You can add RedZone, which brings your monthly payment to $94).
